At Bloom & Nest, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
14-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@bloomandnest.us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include a photo or two — it helps us resolve things faster.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or with a defect, we'll make it right — no hassle. Depending on the situation, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in original condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping.
