Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery is typically 4–7 business days after your order ships. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $50usd
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@bloomandnest.us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@bloomandnest.us — we can only make changes before the order ships.
